📘 What is ADP?

ADP (Automatic Data Processing) is the system we use for 💰 payroll and🧾 taxes.
It’s your main platform to view pay stubs, update personal info, and access tax forms anytime!

🎯 Why You Need ADP

Without ADP, you can’t get paid — it’s how we track your hours, wages, and taxes.
Through ADP, you can:
💵 View pay history
📅 Track worked hours
📄 Download 1099 tax forms
🔒 Keep your info secure

⏰ Pay Schedule & Setup Time
🗓️ You’ll be added to ADP after you complete all onboarding steps but before your first shift.
💳 We pay biweekly — each pay period runs Mon–Sun for 2 weeks, and you’re paid the following Friday.
📍 Example: Apr 29–May 12 → 💵 payday May 17

🪄 Step-by-Step Registration Guide

1. Watch for Invite Email 📩

Subject: “Register for ADP Self-Service and complete your profile.”
It includes your Associate ID and a Sign up now button. Click “Sign Up Now”.

2. Enter Your Info

🧍 First & Last Name
🔢 Select Associate ID and enter it from your email.

Add Your Mobile Number 📞 (all fields with “*” are required).

3. Create Login Info 🔐

Make a strong username + password (8+ chars, letters, numbers, special symbol).
✅ Accept Terms & Conditions to finish setup.

4. Complete Your Onboarding in ADP

From the ADP homepage, tap Start Your Onboarding ➡️ follow each step carefully.
Make sure to fill everything marked with “*”.

Step 1 – Personal Info:
🏠 Address
🎂 Date of Birth
🧾 Tax ID Type = SSN (enter your Social Security Number)
👩 Gender
💾 Click “Save & Continue”

💡 Tax Withholding Settings
You can skip manual tax setup — the system will automatically apply correct withholdings based on your state & location. 🏛️

🏦 Payment Setup (Required)
Add your bank account for direct deposit so you get paid on time 💵💨

💳 Tip: Double-check your routing and account numbers to avoid delays!

📎 Documents (Required)
Upload any necessary documents (like ID or work authorization) as requested. 📑

👨‍👩‍👧 Emergency Contact (Optional but Smart)
Add at least one contact for safety — just in case ☎️❤️

✅ After You Submit
Our HR team will review and approve your information on the nearest payday (not right away). If anything is missing, we’ll reach out via chat 💬

📅 When will I get my first paycheck?
