Locate the station and storage in the restaurant. 🗂️
Using TimeStamp App take these photos:
Locked Station: Take a picture of the locked station as soon as you arrive. 🔒
Frame & Media Boxes in the storage: Photograph the frame and media boxes in storage. 📦
Storage Black Box Contents: Check for any extra single media sets inside and take a picture.
Count all frame boxes, media set boxes, and single sets in storage. 🔢
Check box labels for quantities (175 frames per box, 2 media sets per box).
Use the 4-digit code to unlock the station’s side locker.
Press digits one at a time, pull the release button down, and pull the lock panel forward. 🔑
If the lock doesn’t open, reset the code and try again.
Take one photo of all equipment in the drawer (camera, flash, etc.).
Open the small kit box (memory cards, etc.) and include its contents in the photo. 📸
Cash in Drawer: If there’s any change (cash bills in a transparent envelope), take a photo and count the cash. 💵
Square Device: Photograph the Square device and its charger wire (if not included in the drawer photo).
Take one photo of all equipment inside the station (laptop, printer, chargers etc).
Take a photo of frames in the station (all frames should be countable, so make sure there is nothing covering frames).
Count how many frames are in the station box.
Put on your apron and photographer’s badge. Report any missing items in your work chat. 🧢👔
Take a photo of your uniform (shirt, pants, shoes, apron, badge).
Open the Square app and navigate:
"More" → "Settings" → "Hardware" → "Square Readers" → "Connect a Reader". 📱
Set up the laptop by connecting the power and USB printer cables, and turn on the laptop and printer. 🖥️⚡
Follow this guide to set camera and flash up: camera and flash settings.
On the desktop, find the EvoLux link and open the Clock-In form.
Fill in the form with:
Frames start: Total frames (station + storage).
Media start: Total media sets (in storage boxes + single sets, if any). DO NOT count media set which is already inside the printer.
Change: Any cash in the drawer.
Life Counter: Use the PrinterInfo app to check (app link is on the desktop). If you don't see Printer Life Counter, double check you completed step 9 (most probably you didn't connect printer USB wire to the laptop OR printer is off)
Read and accept Financial Responsibility Agreement (you must accept it in EvoLux to open your shift).
Submit the form and wait for the time-in card. 🕒
If you see a Notice of Discrepancy (red):
Double-check frame/media numbers.
Inform your team in the work chat.
Resubmit the Clock-In form with correct numbers if you find a mistake in previous submission.
Take a photo of the clock-in card. 📋
