We are now implementing our AI Transformation Program (Cartoonify) across all Atlanta locations. This tool allows you to generate an additional AI-styled version of a guest’s photo and use it as an upsell tool to increase frame sales.

💡 What Is Cartoonify?

Cartoonify creates an AI-transformed version of a regular photo in a specific branded style.

Each brand has a different visual direction:

• Hard Rock Cafe → Rock-style prompts

• Margaritaville → Vacation-style prompts

• Arcades (DB / Main Event / Andreti) → Cartoon-style prompts

📌 Important Rules

✅ Generate 1-2-3 Cartoonify photos per table (no more than 3 per group).
✅ Use it as an upsell tool, not a replacement.
 

🖥️ How To Use Cartoonify

Step 1

Open the folder where photos are saved: Desktop – Pics – Current Date (for example 05-09-2026).

Step 2

Hold CTRL and click on a few photos you want to cartonify. Once all photos are selected, right click on one of the selected photos. Select Cartoonify. If you do not see it: click Show more options - then select Cartoonify.

Step 3

A black window with a countdown will appear. ⚠️ No action is required. You can continue working in Darkroom while it processes.

Step 4

After about one minute:

• The cartofonified photo will appear in the same folder.

• Refresh Darkroom Photos.

• The new cartoon photos will appear in your list at the top.
